    I do not replace your medical provider — I work alongside your care team to help you feel confident, informed, and supported in your birth experience.

  • A midwife or OB provides medical care and monitors the health of you and your baby.

    A birth doula provides emotional, physical, and informational support.

    I do not perform medical tasks. Instead, I focus on:

    We work alongside your provider — not against them.

    During prenatal visits, I teach comfort techniques and ways they can actively participate. During labor, I guide and encourage them so they feel confident instead of unsure.
